South Butt Supporters – We Need Your Help! Court Appearance Details Inside!

This Wednesday (January 27th) we’re headed to court for our first appearance with The North Face.

This scheduled conference is “on the record” and open to the public – this is where we need your help! We encourage all friends and loyal South Butt supporters to come out on Wednesday morning wearing their South Butt gear and sit-in during the court proceeding. The more South Butt support, the better. We want to be able to show that our supporters can definitely tell the difference between a face and a butt!

All of the details are listed below, we hope to see you all on Wednesday morning! Don’t forget to wear your South Butt apparel!

The Court has set a Scheduling Conference to be conducted in connection with North Face Apparel Corp. v. The South Butt, LLC, et al.


The Scheduling Conference is set to be conducted “on the record” in the courtroom of the Honorable Rodney Sippel in the United States District Court, Eastern District of Missouri, Eastern Division at 9:30 a.m. on Wednesday, January 27, 2010.


Judge Sippel’s courtroom is 10S, located on the south side of the 10th floor of the Thomas Eagleton Federal Courthouse located at 111 South 10th Street, St. Louis, Missouri 63102.


This court proceeding is open to the public.


Parking is available on the streets surrounding the courthouse and there are a number of parking garages in the immediate vicinity.

    Dear Jimmy, fight the good fight. NF is absurd and clearly a bully. Here in Colorado, I had never heard of your company prior to their lawsuit. I hope that this has increased your sales exponentially. Good work NF.

    I am a lawyer and unless you end up with a jury full of Steve or Jens tools, you’ll be just fine. To those two, were you required to write those comments or be fired from NF? When did you people lose your sense of humor?

    Have you thought of contacting the writers of South Park – this would make an excellent episode.

    I bought a sweatshirt to help support the cause.
