This scheduled conference is “on the record” and open to the public – this is where we need your help! We encourage all friends and loyal South Butt supporters to come out on Wednesday morning wearing their South Butt gear and sit-in during the court proceeding. The Court has set a Scheduling Conference to be conducted in connection with North Face Apparel Corp. v. The South Butt, LLC, et al.


The Scheduling Conference is set to be conducted “on the record” in the courtroom of the Honorable Rodney Sippel in the United States District Court, Eastern District of Missouri, Eastern Division at 9:30 a.m. on Wednesday, January 27, 2010.


Judge Sippel’s courtroom is 10S, located on the south side of the 10th floor of the Thomas Eagleton Federal Courthouse located at 111 South 10th Street, St. Louis, Missouri 63102.


This court proceeding is open to the public.


Parking is available on the streets surrounding the courthouse and there are a number of parking garages in the immediate vicinity.

We found out over the weekend that we have been BANNED at The Mary Queen of Peace Parish School in St. Louis! The school’s Principal, Gerry Kettenbach, has declared The South Butt to be “inappropriate”. What are your thoughts? Leave us a comment and let us know what you think!

This is the first notice we’ve received of being banned, but we’ll keep you updated as I’m sure this won’t be the last.
