Hope everyone had a good Thanksgiving break. We’ve had a lot happening with The South Butt, here’s an update on what’s going on and what’s coming up!
Updated Facebook Page
Last week, we updated our Facebook site with new photos and content. We’re currently working on an exclusive Facebook app, as well as exclusive promotions for our Facebook friends. If you haven’t already, add us as a friend on Facebook!
We have hoodies!
Just in time for Christmas, our first run of hoodies arrived last week! We have two different colors and many different sizes, be sure to order now to guarantee Christmas delivery!

Hey everybody -
Along with millions of other students across the country, I’m getting ready to head home for Thanksgiving break next week. I found a funny article on College Humor today that talks about how to prepare for, and successfully attend the Thanksgiving parties that you may find yourself at next week.

A friend of mine e-mailed me a link to this story from the University of Delaware where students have started brewing their own beer, rather than buying brand names at retail prices.
The guys interviewed say that brewing their own beer is economical, as well as a fun process – both of them are now looking to create a perfect flavor for their individual tastes, something not being produced already.
Stories like this continue to keep showing up more and more frequently as people, like myself, are wanting to create and support their own product, not someone else’s. As customers gain more power (buying and creating), we will continue to see impact being made, forcing major brands to recognize the potential power of smaller, do-it-yourself brands like The South Butt!
